I'm very proud of how our multifamily portfolio at The Brookview Companies has continued to perform throughout this challenging phase of the real estate cycle. All of our properties are on fixed-rate Fannie/Freddie loans, and all have continuously been making investor distributions as scheduled. Our current occupancy/leased trends are as follows: 1. Brookview at Navarre Sound (Navarre, FL) - 98.39% occupied; 100% pre-leased 2. Brookview at Apex (Louisville, KY) - 96.78% occupied; 98.07% pre-leased 3. Brookview at Middletown (Louisville, KY) - 89% occupied; 93.78% pre-leased 4. Brookview at Citrus Park (Tampa, FL) - 95.49% occupied; 97% pre-leased 5. Brookview at Templeton Crossing (Columbus, OH) - 91.11% occupied; 93.7% pre-leased 6. Brookview at Noble Park (Columbus, OH) - 86% occupied; 87.3% pre-leased 7. Brentmoor at Penn Center (Pittsburgh, PA) - 94.12% occupied; 98.32% pre-leased As a whole, our entire portfolio is currently averaging 93.57% occupancy and 95.92% pre-leased across the board, while only offering minimal concessions.
