Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! This month, we want to honor and celebrate the contributions of our Hispanic and Latino patients, staff, and communities. At IMA Clinical Research, we are dedicated to making clinical research accessible and inclusive for all, which is why many of our sites are bilingual to address the needs of our diverse patient populations. Let’s continue celebrating the rich cultural heritage and unique experiences of Hispanic and Latino Americans as we work together toward a healthier future. #HispanicHeritageMonth #DiversityInResearch #ClinicalResearch

September is National Self-Care Month! 💚 Here’s some great advice from Dr. Dani Cabral, Principal Investigator at our Phoenix site, on ways we can improve our mental health: “Healthy ways to improve mental health include increasing our connection to others—people who hear us, see us, and care about us. Connection can be so therapeutic. Also, just going outside for 5 minutes a day intentionally can have huge benefits, especially if you make it a routine. And finally, get better sleep by figuring out what works for your body and sticking to a fixed wake-up time.” Remember, small steps make a big difference. Take care of yourself this month—and every month—by practicing self-care. https://lnkd.in/g2akuME8 #NationalSelfCareMonth #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCare #Wellness #HealthyLiving #MentalHealthResearch
