    Rarely we have time to reflect in this fast-paced business, but as H1 closes I'm immensely proud of the growth and success at Ignition Growth. Here are some highlights from H1 as we scale the business: - 130% to Q2 target- record placements & another 6 figure Quarter - Signed up 5 new clients ready to scale their team in Q3 - 7 straight record revenue months in a row now - Scaled 5 GTM teams across US & Europe - 100% repeat business from clients and converted 70% to exclusive/retained - 100% candidate retention Couldn't be more excited to push on and hit more milestones for the rest of the year.
