This is a nonprofit formed to meet the growing needs across the Wichita and surrounding areas. We are group for women in tech who may not have a company sponsored group of their own.. We focus on providing networking and knowledge sharing events across areas of interest. As well as making progress on a bigger purpose (increasing and keeping representation in the tech industry).

    A lot of us feel this burden but it often goes unrecognized. It takes a big societal shift to realize value outside of money/salary. Personally, I (KD) even struggle to fully realize the value I bring as a mom and caregiver. Even now I battle the feeling that I need to do more around the house because I make less 🤦♀️ I know, I know, I need some internal work done too (shout out to therapists!). Where do you wish to see progress on this topic?
