ICR is looking for a motivated and hard-charging Facilities Manager to join our team in Meridian, Colorado. The right candidate will also support some sites for our national portfolio. ICR is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Manager to support ICR proposal development efforts. The Proposal Manager will support Portfolio Leads, Capture Leads, Solution Architects and report to the Strategic Solutions Executive on a variety of competitive proposals. This individual is responsible for orchestrating the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial opportunity capture planning through proposal submission, in accordance with Shipley's best practices and methodologies. This role requires an individual with the ability to effectively communicate internally with multi-disciplined engineers, finance, contracts and graphics artist, subcontractors and frequently with ICR senior leadership.
