Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar joined us from India to discuss the leadership role incumbent on families of wealth. Toni Piëch, (Posrche/Piech) entrepreneur & philanthropist told the crowd, "Today, if you're rich & don't try to save the world, you're an asshole" Maurice Owens spoke of the demands and opportunity on young athletes and entertainers (the fastest growing group of millionaires & billionaires), their influence that has just begun to claim its agency. Former Chairman of the Lummi Nation #Jay Julius W'tot Lhem reminded the audience of our humanity, as defined by nature and the elders that stewarded this land for 30,000 years. It is clear, #CorporateGovernance is about to see a new light as a younger generations bring focus and determination as they leverage their influence with technology and transparency.
