We want to welcome Piab Group to our property in Fairborn, Ohio. This new location provides PIAB Group with space to accommodate its expanding business needs and bolster its production capabilities. We have successfully leased Chapel Hill Business Park, formerly Chapel Hill Mall, in Akron, Ohio. Four different tenants have created around 250 new jobs. It is worth noting that Chapel Hill Business Park stands out as one of the first indoor malls in Northeast Ohio to be repurposed into a business park using the existing structure. Congratulations to Michelle Nicholson on leading the leasing efforts for this project. Well Done!
