As we grow and work to become a reliable voice in our amazing community, we're focusing on engaging our audience in real ways. We know that polls and questions to get people talking are key to the mystical algorithm, but we also want interactions that remind people what they love about this spot on the map! We find that people are getting a little burned out by the constant advertising and can spot inauthentic brand voices from a mile a way. We see it from brands like Duolingo and Wendy's. People want brands and businesses to feel real and like someone they might enjoy so that's something we're building intentionally. Is this something you've considered while building your brand voice?
