A few highlights from HumanGood Affordable Housing’s Focus & Lead meeting. The team learned new leadership skills, collaborated with different departments, heard from inspiring speakers and asked important questions. At this year’s meeting, we also celebrated the inaugural group of Values Award winners, Alexis Giraldi Doudar, Wendy Ochoa, Erikka Mangan, Covenant Manor, James Connor, Ginet Chen, Amber Davis, Syuzanna Hovhannisyan, Maria Gamboa and Kimberly Johnson, for the inspiring work they do every day.

We’re so excited to see our affordable housing team members and leaders in St. Louis next week for the annual Focus & Lead meeting! This year, our theme is “What if?” and we’ll collaborate on the innovative opportunities to ensure residents and team members live their best lives.

HumanGood is proud to collaborate with Walmart Health & Wellness to offer free blood pressure and BMI screenings, pharmacist consultations, and administer immunizations to over 600 residents at 9 senior housing communities across the Philadelphia region. Pennsylvania state representative Amen Brown joined HumanGood and Walmart leadership at Riverside Presbyterian Apartments to encourage residents to participate in the event.

HumanGood is excited to celebrate the recent completion of Morgan Hill Senior Housing, a 62 affordable community located in Morgan Hill, California. In partnership with Sunnyvale Life, Inc., this community is our second project collaboration in the South Bay Area to provide quality, accessible homes for older adults, including those with disabilities.
