Human Solutions of North America, Inc. (HSNA) headquartered in Morrisville, NC represents all companies of the Human Solutions Group in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. HSNA offers all of the Group’s products, carries out projects on site and trains companies in the use of software solutions from Human Solutions, Assyst and Avalution. Everything started 30 years ago with the development of the RAMSIS Digital Human Modelling (DHM) Software RAMSIS – on behalf of all German car makers. Those car makers had the vision that soon the whole development will be done digitally and 2D templates used in those times would become obsolete. RAMSIS has now become the leading DHM software and is being used by many car manufacturers, aircraft manufacturer, heavy equipment manufacturer, defense companies etc. Soon after development was concluded, it was clear that analysis are just as good as the quality of the 3D manikins and how good they represent the population. That was then the start of 3D Body Scanning technology and Human Solutions build the first Body Scanner end of the 90’s. Many Size Surveys over the last 20 years have been conducted using Human Solutions Body Scanning Technologie. Over the past years, HSNA has been known for its Sizing and Fitting Competence and its conduction of the Size NorthAmerica size survey. Size NA is, to date, the largest, most reliable Size Survey ever conducted in the US, and the first survey to include children. With that unique data, HSNA offers a variety of sizing and fitting services – from size table optimization and body shape analysis to realistic and representative 3D avatars, HSNA offers projects to optimize fit for targeted markets and help companies understand their customer better than ever before. HSNA also offers products to aid in efficient product development for the fashion industry with products like Cad.Assyst for 2D pattern making, Automarker for automatic marker placement,3D Vidya for 3D fit and visualization.
