Even small projects can make a huge impact on our community. Take the Community Library of DeWitt & Jamesville, for example. This $7 million new construction features a 20 KW solar array, green roof, and highly efficient lighting. The new library features increased shelf space to house all the books, a working space for artists, children’s programs, and an activity wing. Have you seen the new Syracuse Community Health Center? This $21.3 million project included both a new construction for a medical office facility and the renovation of a medical building. We were honored to work with King King Architects on this 2-story, 56,000 sq. ft. medical office facility and 8,200 sq. ft. medical building renovation.
