Are you leveraging contract labor as a part of your talent strategy? 🤔 📊 Research published by Wiley in January 2023 found that 69% of companies faced a substantial skills gap. To address this, 41% of HR professionals reported using contractors. Skill gaps and retaining talent continue to be pressing concerns even as we near the end of 2024. Companies are reevaluating labor costs, flexibility, and the need for dynamic skillsets to build resilient talent strategies. And contract labor is proving to be a valuable part of the solution, enhancing cost flexibility, scalability, and specialized expertise. 📈 If any of the above resonates for you and your company, dig into our most recent blog! 📖 https://lnkd.in/ezY3Gmps #TalentStrategy #ContractLabor #Staffing #SkillsGap #Retention

It’s been roughly a month since Hurricane Helene, and we’d like to take a moment to reflect (visually!) on how our #HTI team handled the storm—from fallen trees and office naps to finding ways to stay entertained during days without power, all while supporting those most affected by the hurricane. Helene impacted everyone differently, but we're grateful to have a team that shows up for one another, remaining patient and supportive through challenging times. With that said, significant recovery efforts are still underway across North Carolina. For more information on how to get involved, visit NC Dept. of Public Safety: https://lnkd.in/gKcUkfKr #HurricaneHelene #Team #Recovery #Support
