Our community is filled with inspiring stories of resilience, like that of Rachel, our tenant honoree at the Good Person Awards Celebration in May. Rachel recently celebrated 10 years in recovery, an achievement she considers her greatest. Now, she’s giving back as a Substance Recovery Coach, guiding others on their paths to healing. Rachel’s story is a testament to the power of community and the impact we can all have when we support one another. Exciting News from HousingPlus! For the second year in a row, our two Housing and Urban Development-funded projects scored the highest scores out of 150 other housing service providers city-wide in the 2024 Annual Continuum of Care Evaluation! Grace House Consolidated scored 95.96 and Lincoln Park scored 95.61! A huge shoutout to our Program team members who made this all possible, and for always delivering quality service to our participants.
