We are delighted to announce the official opening of Greenlawn Manor, a $23 million affordable housing facility dedicated to senior residents in New Smyrna Beach. Smith & Henzy is proud to have partnered with the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, CORP to transform the former Greenlawn Terrace into this beautiful, community-focused space. Featuring 80 units, including 65 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments, Greenlawn Manor is more than just a place to live – it's a place to thrive. With amenities such as offices, community rooms, a screened porch, kitchen, exercise room, computer lab, and library, residents have everything they need to feel at home and connected. "The building feels like living in a hotel. I love the washer and dryer — I never had it in my apartment," shared Carmen Rodriguez, a new resident at Greenlawn Manor, expressing her delight in her new home. Residents like Carmen Rodriguez have already started to call Greenlawn Manor home, enjoying the affordable rent and welcoming environment. As we look forward to Phase II, which will provide more affordable housing for families, we remain committed to our mission of creating communities where everyone can live with dignity and support.
