Food insecurity, especially in rural communities, is a topic I am deeply passionate about. Through my ongoing thesis work with the NAU Sustainability Program and my involvement in hosting two digital summits (NAZ Future Food Producer Summit), I have forged connections with individuals and organizations who share my concern for this pressing issue. Flagstaff Family Food Center: Food Bank and Kitchen is set to host the upcoming inaugural Northern Arizona Anti-Hunger Summit (NAAHS) on May 23, 2024.
