We had an awesome chat with Hypepotamus about our threat analytics platform! We're very thankful to have the support of the Atlanta tech community, and can't wait to see where this journey takes us.

Today, we're sharing the first look at our threat analytics platform that we've been building over the last 12 months! Our goal with Honeypot is to help you run a clean and successful ecommerce business, payment platform, or any other website, by minimizing unwanted user behaviors. The idea came from our founders' experience at OpenSea, where he built an internal Trust & Safety platform that helped detect and mitigate unwanted behavior in one of the world's largest online marketplaces. Honeypot is influenced by user / product analytic tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Segment, but its perspective and insights are from a security and compliance lens. Because of its roots in crypto, Honeypot doesn't rely on personally identifiable information (PII) to surface threat insights about your users. We don't use cookies, and our platform respects user privacy. Our approach allows Honeypot to occupy a unique position and complement other tools, including KYC solutions, seamlessly.
