Summer heat isn't the same for everyone. While some in our community can enjoy AC, many of our neighbors cannot. Giving to HomeAid Orange County supports more affordable housing and programs that help our friends living on the streets. https://bit.ly/4cRIwid

On this month in 1992, HomeAid Orange County worked with H.I.S House on the renovation of housing in Placentia for families and individuals experiencing homelessness. It added 18 additional beds for the community. Thank you to our builder captain Greystone Homes for your hard work and dedication on this project!

Homelessness can happen to ANYONE - in fact, it's happening to more households and individuals each year. This is why HomeAid works to end homelessness: to break this dangerous cycle and uplift our neighbors in need. The Orange County Point-in-Time Count is a major event that collects data on the number of people experiencing homelessness on any given night. The 2024 Point-in-Time Count recorded 7,322 people experiencing homelessness, a 28% increase from the last count in 2022. Help HomeAid bring this number down to ZERO.
