    Holman Proud, our LGBTQIA business resource group (BRG), hosted an engaging and inspiring virtual event yesterday with Tziarra King, a member of the Seattle Reign soccer team. During this event, Tziarra shared her personal experiences and journey, providing a unique and valuable perspective on her life as an athlete and as a member of the LGBTQIA community. The conversation was remarkably open and honest, creating a space for genuine dialogue and connection fostering a sense of community and solidarity among attendees, and reinforcing the values of inclusivity and diversity that Holman Proud stands for.

    In 1989, Holman launched the original customer-focused Partners In Excellence (PIE) program, which rewarded employees for providing excellent customer service. This program included profit sharing based on achieving the annual budget and three Partners of the Year awards—one each from sales, finance, and operations. As part of our #Holman100 celebration, we're taking a trip back to 1989 when the first-ever Partners of the Year posed with then-President Mike Laporta. *Fun Fact: Among those winners was Ken Haas, who is still with the company today!
