Great clip taken from the Huberman Lab Podcast about the use of caffeine to stimulate hair growth: https://lnkd.in/g_3WpHq4 Caffeine can have similar effects as minoxidil without many of the side effects. This is yet another great example of how reaching for strong pharmaceuticals is far from the only way to deal with chronic hair concerns. Caffeine is an ingredient we use in many of the custom formulations we share inside our programs, and when used in conjunction with a holistic haircare routine (which considers hormones, blood flow, diet and sleep) can lead to significantly less hair loss and increased hair growth.

The personalized beauty industry is forecasted to $8.5B by 2030. This means we're going to see a CAGR of 32.28% between 2022 to 2023. The online education market is predicted to compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of roughly 9.1% in the same timeframe. We're also seeing a profound shift in consumer awareness towards solving their beauty concerns at the root instead of concealing them. During the pandemic the skincare industry, for example, has seen an uptick while makeup has been trending downwards. We expect this change move into the haircare space as well. Here consumer will prioritze healthy hair growth over concealing damaged strands. However, while damaged skin renews frequently and is easier recover, the long term condition of a strand of hair is largely determined before the strand grows out of the follicle. This fact puts more weight on holistically following healthy lifestyle that promotes healthy hair growth and only in second order of priority preventing further damage and premature shedding.
