✨CONGRATULATIONS✨ Join us in celebrating Jenn Taylor's promotion to Regional Manager! Jenn began her HILLS career as a Leasing Consultant at Emerald Lakes in 2011. Her HILLS path has taken her through a variety of properties and markets, giving her unique exposure and experience to shine throughout the portfolio. Jenn was promoted to Property Manager at Eagle Chase in Indiana and oversaw the sale of the property in 2015. Jenn then transitioned to lead the Fox Chase North Team and then it was onto Waterford Place. Fox Chase North received the awards of Property of the Year and Best Leasing Team under her leadership. In 2018 Jenn transitioned to The Landings at Beckett Ridge. At Landings she saw the property through HILLS’ second successful Value Add Program. Utilizing her attention to detail she redefined parts of the program and raised the bar of excellence. In 2020, Jenn was promoted to Senior Property Manager. With this promotion to Regional Manager, she will be over our Indianapolis sites and part of our Cincinnati market. Jenn is a mentor to many and has supported multiple other teams over the last 13 years. Jenn holds her CAM certification, was on the Lease Standardization Committee and the HILLS Operations Manual Rewrite Committee. Jenn spends her free time with her husband, Brad, and daughter, Norah. She loves spending time with friends, playing board games, and traveling. She regularly attends Indianapolis Comic Con and other gaming conventions whenever possible. Jenn is eager to volunteer when help is needed and handles every situation with grace and reason. Jenn has provided counsel and support to many HILLS associates over the years and is excited to get to continue to do so in this new role.   Congratulations, Jenn! Our HILLS Team had an absolute blast at the Outdoor Adventure Expo - Kids Day! From helping kids out on the rafts, fishing safely around the lake, guiding mini golf putters, and interacting with the children and their families, to assisting with the bike course, temporary tattoo booth, rock climbing wall, petting zoo, and reading with kids – we did it all! 🚣♀️🎣⛳🚴♂️🦘📚 Through our HILLS HERO program, we’re all about Helping Empower Real Opportunities for associates to achieve wellness and make an impact in our communities. We were thrilled to support the Apartment Association Outreach and Childhood Food Solutions in a heartwarming initiative for the Villages of Roll Hill Community Center! 🌟 The AAO surprised Lisa Hyde-Miller with 3 new laptops and 2 new printers for the center, along with backpacks and school supplies for 50 Roll Hill high school students. 🎒✏️ Channel 9 and Channel 19 captured the moment, witnessing Lisa's tears of joy. Together with the AAO and our industry peers, we assembled 1,000 bags for the children of Roll Hill. Childhood Food Solutions is a program that our HILLS team looks forward to giving back to every month. Last week, we celebrated our HILLS teams at our annual company forum. We started at Graphite Oakley to see the progress of this exciting community and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of our construction and leasing teams. At the event, we recognized our associates and teams with Pinnacle of Performance awards for their exceptional performance in 2023 and celebrated the dedicated service of our associates. A particularly special moment was commemorating Steve Guttman’s 50th HILLSiversary. Steve, the "S" in HILLS, has played a pivotal role in our company's history, working alongside his father and founder, Murray Guttman, and his brothers, Louis and Herold. Together, they have built a legacy that continues to shape HILLS Properties and one that our 3rd generation of ownership will continue to build upon. The day concluded with a fun-filled gathering at Fifty West Brewery, where we enjoyed volleyball, cornhole, and pickleball. ✨CONGRATULATIONS✨ Join us in celebrating Isabel Reynolds promotion to Business Manager at Sterling Lakes Apartments in Mason, Ohio! Isabel started her HILLS career in February of 2022 as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Island Club. She was quickly promoted to a Full-Time Leasing Consultant position with a transfer to Sterling Lakes in May of 2022. Her dedication to her residents, vendors and fellow teammates is admirable. She is always willing to help at sister sites or wherever she is needed. When asked why she loves working at HILLS, she said, “I have loved working at HILLS not only because I love the job, but because I also love the company’s culture and how they value their team.” We are excited to see her thrive in this new position! Isabel loves animals! In her free time, she enjoys visiting the zoo or aquarium with her daughter, going swimming, and hanging out with friends, binge watching Gilmore Girls or New Girl.
