At this year's Association for Applied Sport Psychology Annual Conference, our team, Siana Sylvester, M.Ed., CMPC, PCC , Eric Bean, Ph.D., Dr. Angie Winter, and Abel Young, PMP (Serco) hosted a Topgolf social to connect with #CognitivePerformanceSpecialist and those interested in providing #sportpsychology services to tactical populations. The event was a huge success where our team was able to connect with current CPS staff, meet aspiring CPSs, and build a network of those currently working with tactical populations across #military branches. #GoHigher

👏 At this years Association for Applied Sport Psychology Annual Conference, Dr. Angie Winter and Robert Castillo delivered an impactful keynote connecting the theory of #sportpsychology across business settings. Together, Angie and Rob discussed how we support the corporate athlete through #assessments, #workshops, and #executive coaching. ⭐ At HigherEchelon, we treat leadership as a performance and thus the science of high performance helps leaders take their careers and organizations to the next level. #GoHigher

👏 This past week HigherEchelon participated in the largest annual Sport Psychology conference in the world. At the Association for Applied Sport Psychology conference, held in Vegas, our team played a key role in presenting, building networks, and growing awareness of the #H2FIT contract where we will support Team Serco. Siana Sylvester, M.Ed., CMPC, PCC, our Director of Organizational and Mental Performance conducted a workshop on how aspiring and current sport psychology business owners can overcome their limiting beliefs and enhance their sales performance.
