I am extremely happy for Core5 Industrial Partners and the successful outcome of this development. The Rider Business Center was one of the first projects I managed after joining EPD Solutions, Inc. in 2020. Located in the City of Perris, within the southeast portion of the Perris Valley Commerce Center Specific Plan, this 248,483 square-foot logistics facility spans a land assemblage of four parcels totaling 11.18 acres. The project required the approval of a Development Plan Review and the preparation of a CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration. EPD Solutions, Inc. oversaw the initial due diligence, entitlements, CEQA technical studies/MND preparation, and post-entitlement processing. Herdman Architecture Design, Inc. & Albert A. SOLD - Core5 Industrial Partners announced today the sale of Rider Business Center, a 248,483-square-foot freestanding modern logistics facility in Perris, California to TA Realty LLC. The project completed construction in March 2024 to Class A construction specifications and incorporates the latest in technology.
