    Looking to hire a Service Manager for Porsche Atlanta Northwest. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Porsche Service Manager to lead our service department and uphold our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:   1. Leadership and Team Management:   - Lead, mentor, and manage the service team to deliver exceptional service experiences.   - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. 2. Customer Service Excellence:   - Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.   - Implement and uphold Porsche service standards and best practices. 3. Operational Management:   - Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.   - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service department performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Financial Management:   - Manage service department budget, expenses, and profitability.   - Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth. 5. Inventory and Parts Management:   - Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of parts and accessories.   - Manage service inventory, ordering, and stocking processes. 6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:   - Ensure compliance with Porsche standards, manufacturer guidelines, and industry regulations.   - Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold service excellence.   7. Stakeholder Communication:   - Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.   - Build and maintain relationships with Porsche representatives, vendors, and partners. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive service management, preferably with luxury or Porsche brand experience. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Proficiency in automotive service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of Porsche vehicles, parts, and service procedures. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Six months ago, Hennessy kicked off our 2023 Leadership Development Program. Our trainees are now halfway through this one-year rotational and this week we'd like to spotlight LDP trainee, Trey Gray. ⭐ Meet Trey Gray, an Operations Business Partner here at Hennessy Automotive. Trey has an MBA in General Business with a focus in Leadership, which made him an ideal candidate for our Leadership Development Program. He joined the company in July 2023, and is nearing the end of his 1-year Leadership Development Rotation with Hennessy.   Here is what Trey had to say about the Leadership Development Program, “The Leadership Development Program has given me direct access to senior leadership while giving me a thorough understanding of the interworks of what it takes to run a business.
