Announcing the co-organizers of this year's #yScience event, the official side event of Slush powered by the University of Helsinki and focused on #lifeScience #innovation. Orion Corporation is our partner for the Health & Pharma session of the program as well as our #Pharma #Pitching #Competition (https://lnkd.in/dZUSxkbd). Orion is a globally operating Finnish pharmaceutical company – a builder of well-being. Viikki Food Design Factory (VFDF) from the University of Helsinki will bring you the #FoodSystems session and related pitching competition (https://lnkd.in/div_4TvM). VFDF makes food system transformation happen through nurturing, nourishing and nudging out sustainable innovations and innovators. Aalto University will once again co-design our #SustainableMaterials session and pitching competition (https://lnkd.in/dMcDUJsp). Aalto University is a multidisciplinary science and art community in the fields of science, business, and art and design. Helsinki Innovation Services Ltd, the #TechTransfer office of the University of Helsinki, will close the event with a runway of #Research2Business teams translating life science research into innovations. The event is coordinated by the Helsinki Institute of Life Science (HiLIFE) from the University of Helsinki. HiLIFE is an international institute where outstanding researchers across the University’s campuses solve today’s grand challenges in health and environment together.
