HealthWest specializes in providing integrated health care for Muskegon County youth and adults with serious behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities and co-occurring substance use disorders. The services and supports we offer vary in levels of intensity, and our skilled staff work together with individuals receiving services to tailor person centered plans to meet the needs and goals of each person. In our more than 50 years of serving Muskegon County residents, we have learned that focusing on total health is the key to wellness and recovery.
