Gillen, Systems Analyst Technical Lead, on reaching his 5-year milestone at Harmony Healthcare IT.   Jim works directly with clients and cross-functional team members to acquire, ingest, and deliver information. He serves as a point of escalation for his fellow Systems Analysts. He assists the Senior Manager of Data Procurement and Delivery in ensuring client data moves securely, accurately, and efficiently, keeping projects on time and clients happy.   When Jim is not working, he spends his time with family and friends sharing a meal, lounging on the patio, or cheering on the Fighting Irish. He is an avid outdoor and still-life photographer who enjoys walks through nature or any scenic location.
