Once again, congratulations to these hard-working students from the East Hall and North Hall clusters who are doing amazing things in the field of agriculture/livestock. They are representing their schools and the HCSD well. The competition was held in Perry Georgia and they did an outstanding job!

On Thursday of last week, the state and national champion soccer team of Johnson High School was honored by Representative Derrick McCollum (R-Chestnut Mountain) at the state capitol. McCollum authored a rare "invite resolution" to allow the team to be recognized and honored by the Georgia House of Representatives last week. What a wonderful day at Chestatee High School as we hosted the first Lady War Eagles in Industry Day to empower, encourage and allow some of our 10th grade female CTAE students the opportunity to explore and network with female leaders in our community.
