Exciting Update from the Haley Ward BIM Team! We've just completed major plumbing modeling, coordination, and drafting for the new $47M Benton Elementary School in Benton, Maine. Using Autodesk Revit, we expertly modeled sloped drain, waste, vent, and domestic water distribution piping in above-ceiling spaces. With Autodesk Navisworks, we coordinated the piping with other trades in these tight interstitial spaces and ran through clash detection software to ensure seamless integration with the Architectural, Structural, and MEP designs. Our team delivered precise drawings directly from the 3D model for our client's fabrication and installation needs. Summer is in full swing and here at Haley Ward, that means our summer intern program is buzzing with bright minds. Over the next couple of weeks, we will be introducing you to the interns spending their summer gaining hands-on experience and contributing to exciting projects across our offices!   First up are three interns working out of our Bangor, Maine office.   Aliie Hayward will be a senior at Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York where she is studying environmental studies and geoscience. She is currently working in our Environmental Service Line helping with environmental field sampling and inspections, water quality monitoring, and natural resource field surveys.   Hannah Noyes recently graduated from Bangor High School and will begin her freshman year at The University of Maine in the fall. Hannah has been working in the Marketing Department, assisting with a variety of marketing and business development activities.   Kacie Bond recently completed a Bachelor of Arts in New Media, with a minor in computer science from The University of Maine.
