GrowFL was created in 2009 and is dedicated to support and accelerate the growth of second-stage companies throughout Florida, by providing their leaders focused, efficient, and timely access to resources they deem important, such as connections with other second-stage company leaders, and to professional organizations whose expertise, experience, and products lead to the second-stage company’s continued growth and prosperity resulting in diversification and growth of Florida’s economy. Second-stage growth companies have at least 10 employees and a $1 million in revenue and possess an intent and desire to grow beyond second-stage.
Through digital simulation planning, 3D printing and custom-made implants, Techfit Digital Surgery is pioneering bone reconstruction surgery for patients affected by trauma, infection and cancer.
In 2018, the startup moved from Colombia to Daytona Beach, and has since experienced rapid growth thanks to Central Florida's nurturing ecosystem for health care and medical technology innovators.

Exciting news: FLYMOTION signs exclusive partnership with Robotican!
Robotican is setting industry standards with its advanced ISR and CUAS platforms, all of which have proven themselves in countless homeland security operations. Their great track record is one reason why we’re excited to offer the Robotican Rooster as their exclusive North American partner!
Designed as a hybrid platform, the Rooster can roll to its objective on its integrated cage or fly over obstacles. This combination of capabilities enables a 45-min. roll time, a 12-min. hover, and a 4-hour perch time. Robotican also designed the system so that one operator can control up to three aircraft, toggling control between the platforms to place them at different vantage points. This system's unique feature is its self healing mesh network communication, enhancing its effectiveness in subterranean operations.
This partnership is another step in our efforts to offer innovative, NDAA-compliant platforms and we look forward to seeing the ways Rooster will be deployed.

It talks about the concept of Objectives and Key Results, a fancy way of saying measurable goals lol.
Since then, Beast Code has adopted goals across each of our departments.
Some are hard and others are things we just need to do.
But writing down our objectives and meeting monthly keeps us accountable and always moving forward!
