Let’s start with what we are. Grow Financial is a credit union working for the benefit of our members, not for the profit of corporate shareholders. As a financial cooperative, we’re really more of a family, employees and members coming together for the good of us all. Grow is now the third largest credit union in Tampa Bay and one of the few major companies headquartered in this area. We operate 25 neighborhood store locations throughout West Central Florida and the Columbia/Charleston areas of South Carolina, and serve approximately 200,000 members.
