We would like to welcome Ali Rothe to the leadership team. Ali brings more than 13 years of professional grooming, training, and coaching experience. Ali will train and mentor our team of outstanding Total Care Partners, as well as provide invaluable industry experience. 👏

It only took one meeting, and we knew that Kyle Miller and the team at Brass Hands were the right creative minds to bring Groom Club to life. Shortly after signing the agreement, Kyle blew us away by sending a mood board that captured our vision so well that we had almost no feedback (...never happens). As soon as we got to work, the team developed three complete directions for our brand - presenting everything we needed to make a decision, including logos, colors, fonts, illustrations, and copy. Each concept was distinct, thorough, and progressive.  The process was seamless - communication was crisp, team members were responsive, and the project was delivered on time, and on budget. We looked forward to our weekly progress video messages from Kyle and spent time over the weekends preparing feedback, excited about the next steps.
