Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor for the main clubhouse and amenity building at Cabot Saint Lucia, an exclusive private golf and residential community. The ground up project consists of 40,000 square feet of amenity and residential service space. The building will include a bowling alley, movie theater, fine dining, multiple food and beverage areas, a commercial kitchen, guest meeting rooms, ballroom, golf pro shop, fitness center, locker rooms, bar area, arcade, open air decks and verandas, and back of house. Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor for the conversion of a 16- story office building in San Juan Puerto Rico’s financial district. The 280,000 square foot historic 1960 structure will be converted to a Marriott Autograph Hotel and branded residence. The finished building will be comprised of 3 floors of structured hotel parking, 168 boutique hotel rooms covering seven floors, and 32 luxury condominiums on the upper four floors. The development will also include multiple amenity spaces, high end restaurants, and a rooftop deck with fine dining and a pool deck overlooking San Juan’s dynamic financial district. Greython Building Company, a subsidiary of Greython Construction, has been selected by Carnival Corporation to act as General Contractor in charge of the Celebration Key project in Grand Bahama. The project will include a beach club, beachfront attractions, a welcome plaza for cruise ship guests, and other amenities. In total 238 buildings will be constructed in addition to the extensive pools, water parks, and hardscape.
