Throughout the agency on posters, postcards, and notebook covers, is a graphic listing five simple values: fast, fair, honest, collaborative, brave. They characterize everyone who succeeds at Grey. We all have the same goal, which is to help clients solve their business problems to drive growth. We all come to the table with that one thought in mind. We believe in working together, supporting each other, making sure everyone — including the clients — have a seat at the table from day one.
