The Foundation deploys both human and financial resources to address the most critical needs of the community and ensure the vitality of the region. Started in 1915, the Foundation is one of the oldest and largest community foundations in the world.

This month we welcome a new committed civic leader to our Foundation Board: Rebeca Lopez! Rebeca is a member of Godfrey & Kahn's Labor, Employment & Immigration Law Practice Group. She attended Marquette University and Marquette University Law School, graduating magna cum laude. She serves on the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast board, is an appointee to Gov. Evers’ Judicial Selection Advisory Committee and is the recent past president of the Centro Legal board. She has also been recognized as a Wisconsin Rising Star by Super Lawyers and is a recipient of the GiveHER award from Milwaukee’s PowHER Network and the Howard B. Eisenberg Service Award from Marquette University Law School.
