We thought it would be fitting to highlight a swim competition from many years ago - August 1974, in fact - because the 57th Concord Swimming Championships are returning to Concord Community Pool this weekend. While CBS won't be televising the event and there won't be press from around the world like the National AAU event in 1974, this is still a huge swim event for many kids across Concord and surrounding cities. Good luck to all the swimmers this weekend!

What an amazing 4th of July! We kicked off the celebration by participating in the Concord 4th of July Parade. We were thrilled to have a big group with us, along with a Mustang kindly donated by Future Ford of Concord. Special shoutout to those who braved the warm morning: Red Door Escape Room, Acton Academy Concord, White Pony Express, Red Dog Graphics/Fast Signs of Concord, Cali Claw, Elisa Beltran Real Estate Expert, and Ana Salinas Insurance Services (apologies if we missed anyone!). We almost didn’t make it out of the parking lot with Kevin driving, but once we got rolling, we had a fantastic time! Thanks again to everyone who walked with us!
