The Director will be responsible for managing the full FP&A function of the company and will regularly interact with the executive management team, the PE firm, and the operating companies. As a hands-on leader, the professional will also oversee a small finance team and work closely with M&A, commercial, and asset management to support business cases for new investments, divestitures through valuation analysis, and more. Additionally, the role entails leading the Treasury function as it relates to banking and capital markets.
