The 1970s brought a great deal of expansion for the agency - both in terms of its program offerings and its geographical areas of service. Can you name one of the many new programs that were introduced in the 1970s? Not sure? Check out our most recent historical video to see how our agency expanded during that decade. #LegacyofCare #GraniteVNA125 #TriviaTuesday

Thank you to everyone who came out in support of this year's Hospice Home & Garden Tour! We are proud to share that this year's event raised more than $29,000 for our community hospice programs. It was great to see so many community members participate in the tour, and we love having the opportunity to showcase some of the Granite State's most stunning homes. We can't wait to see you all again next year on July 9! #HospiceCare #Fundraiser #NHnonprofit #LakesRegion

The 1970's brought about a great deal of expansion - both in terms of programs and service areas. We also celebrated two additional milestones: Our 75th anniversary and another name change. Check out this video to explore our history in the 1970s. #LegacyofCare #GraniteVNA125

We're not the only ones celebrating a milestone anniversary this year…congratulations to the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year! Our very own President and CEO Beth Slepian has had the privilege of serving as the organization's Board President this year, and we're proud to be a member of this organization and support its work to advance the quality and practice of home care in our state.
