For the second year in a row, Invesco Ltd. employees at Granite's Midtown Union in Atlanta invited Granite employees to a meal packing event supporting Rise Against Hunger. We joined Invesco and EY employees and packed 20,088 meals. Each packaged meal will feed a family of six for one week. Last week, Granite employees prepared 50 Comfort Care bags benefiting Leukemia Texas for adult Leukemia patients. Our team members also prepared 200 care bags for Under My Umbrella, a street outreach nonprofit organization serving people experiencing homelessness. We’re excited to share that Atlantic Aviation signed a full floor lease at Granite Park 6 in Plano, TX! The highly amenitized, Class-AA office tower opened in the fall of 2023. Four floors have been leased inclusive of six Ready Suites on the sixth floor. Ready Suites are Granite’s built-out and tech enabled move-in ready spaces. The suites offer full access to Granite Park 6’s amenities and are great for companies who want to move in within 30 days. To meet demand, Granite will deliver seven more Ready Suites ranging from 1,600 SF to 5,500 SF on the seventh floor by the end of the year. Early this morning, recruits of the South Metro Fire Rescue climbed our Plaza Tower One's stairs five times. They climbed the equivalent of 110 floors of the World Trade Center's North and South Towers in honor of the 343 fallen FDNY firefighters. Today, Granite remembers the people who died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and on Flight 93. #NeverForget
