    Chief Marketing Officer at Grammarly

Communication is a strategic imperative for any business to succeed. Your employees already spend 88% of their workweek communicating, so how are you improving the activity your teams spend most of their day on? Poor communication has so much potential for fallout: confusing emails that lead to more questions, a misstep with a customer that damages a relationship (or worse—your brand’s reputation), or draining valuable resources that limit you from staying ahead of the competition. Generative AI will soon be baked into every tool you use (if it’s not already), but it won’t help us communicate better—it will just fragment us further. We need AI to improve the quality, not just the quantity, of our interactions. Successful companies use Grammarly to elevate their communication, collaborate quickly and effectively, and make every conversation at work meaningfully more valuable. A big thank you to Jeremy Bergeron for having me on the Marketing Trends podcast, where we discussed all of the above and more. You can catch the full episode here ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gQGkEAvD.

CEO of Grammarly | Enterprise-grade AI that moves work forward

I’m excited about a world where AI enhances, rather than replaces, human productivity and communication. And with a shared focus on safeguards and values, this optimistic vision can be the reality. At Grammarly, we’ve long been dedicated to the responsible development of AI tools. We build our products with the guidance of our TRUE framework (which can be found in The Economist piece below). We hope that other organizations can find value in this privacy and security framework to ensure that they are building toward a responsible future. These early days of AI adoption and the deployment choices we make will have a lasting impact on how this technology shapes our working lives. Let’s rise to the occasion.
