An Ag Robot Doing the Work That No Farmer Should
About us
The Grain Weevil is a grain bin safety and management robot that engages the surface of the grain. We replace a farmer with a shovel by leveling bins, breaking crusts, doing inspections and feeding grain into the extraction augers.

So proud of the entire Grain Weevil team and all of their hard work towards building an Ag robot to do the work no human should with their mission of No Boots in the Grain. Their mission aligns perfectly with our mission of Zero Lives Lost. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to see the progress Chad Johnson and his team have made over the past few years and excited for the continued journey in supporting their efforts into the future. Video Link: https://lnkd.in/gpQeYUcz This video is why I show up to work each and every day looking for innovative protection solutions to protect what matters most. Super proud of our team, coworkers, and leaders for taking action.
Kelly Grummert, AFIS, Paul F. Stevenson and I had the pleasure of hanging out with Chad Johnson and the Grain Weevil crew at their facility today. Proud to know them and amazing to have seen their journey to date. Thank you for your work and your efforts to keep farmers safe when working their grain bins. 🌽🌾 https://lnkd.in/gGRqYW3R

Big step forward for the Grain Weevil team. Grain Weevil is now offering limited services to producers who want to keep their boots out of the grain this growing season. While we complete our robot development and production, our services will enable you to take advantage of the Grain Weevil benefits before you can own one of your own. The inside of a grain bin is one of the most dangerous places for farmers and other ag workers involved in the handling and storage of grain. One ag tech start-up,Grain Weevil, has built a robot that can do pretty much anything a worker can do inside a grain bin with a shovel — keeping workers out of grain bins and harm’s way. #ProtectionIsOurPurpose #ProtectYourNext https://lnkd.in/g8rTrfYs
