After a week of quarterly carrier reviews, the best thing that I can hear from our carriers is that GoodShip enables them to keep an eye on the lanes they are hauling for us- and fix anything BEFORE it becomes a problem. Result: Higher KPI's. So you have ability to focus on other tasks as your carriers have the tools to self monitor and adjust accordingly. Ryan Soskin and I had a conversation last week about our days as carrier representatives for the brokerages we worked for.
