Our journey began in 2020, when our founder, amidst the pandemic's challenges, envisioned a platform to support underrepresented individuals in the creative sector. Since then, we've impacted over 700 mentees, with staggering results: ๐ 93.5% of mentees reported increased confidence. ๐ 77.4% experienced growth in their network. ๐ผ 70.3% secured jobs or internships. ๐ก Plus, 30.9% accessed funding opportunities! Really Grateful to have attended Advertising Week Europe. All thanks to Good Nugget for getting me an access to this! 3 days of really indepth insights from companies like GEEIQ , Google , Programmatic Industry Leaders and many more companies which shared their industry experiences. Had really nice time learning and getting to know more people from Adtech, Brand & Agency Side. Key learnings for me that I can say will be my highlight for Advertising in 2024 are, - Visual Experiences are ideally going to grow more and more across this year and the coming decade and more brands are going to get into such media buying. - Cookie Depreciation, although delayed by google. The Industry is getting ready to transform to a cookie-less world having other alternatives like First Party & Second Party Data. - Programmatic and running Advertising campaigns for brands while Self Serve platforms are trying to make it easier to work around, its only going to get more complex from here on. - AI is here to stay and to be utilised for better, one prime example of that was a talk by Tushar Joshi which was quite indepth about how ML models can help ease a creative process in real time.
