We are excited to unveil a pivotal milestone on our "Path to Premier" — the launch of our Site Operations and Sales Training Program. Four of our property managers spent five days with our learning and development team to learn curriculum accuracy, depth, and engagement, to give our team members the tools they need to succeed. The training covered a range of topics essential for our site operations and sales teams and included hands-on experiences like role-playing tours and apartment showings at Sunwood Apartments. Our team is so excited to continue streamlining this program to give our teams everything they need to succeed! We are proud to be supporters of many non-profit organizations, one of which is the United Way of Cass-Clay. This year, we set a goal of $30,000 for our United Way giving initiative.   To generate enthusiasm within our team and align everyone with the impactful mission of the United Way, we embarked on a bold journey. We curated an experience that resonated with the organization's mission, infusing our campaign with passion and purpose. As a unique incentive, we pledged that members of our executive team would spend a night outdoors in December if we successfully met our fundraising goal.   We're thrilled that not only did we meet our target, but we surpassed it, and it's thanks to the dedication of our team members. Their contributions made our mission a success. We're thrilled that our Harfest celebration was not only a feast for the senses but also a resounding success in giving back to our community.
