God's Love We Deliver

In celebration of our birthday month - God’s Love was founded on May 1st, 1985 - we collaborated with Tony Award Winner Bonnie Milligan, along with Broadway stars Arielle Jacobs, Bradley Gibson, and Zachary Noah Piser to create “Delivering Love,” our latest music video! Our parody of “Seasons of Love” from the legendary musical RENT calls back to the AIDS crisis in New York City, when God’s Love was founded to feed those who were homebound with AIDS. Having grown to cook and home-deliver more than 4 million meals annually, we address over 200 individual diagnoses with our medically tailored meals. Our core commitments have remained at the heart of who we are: delivering meals to everyone who need us, never having a waitlist, and delivering meals the next delivery day. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Modo Yoga NYC for their nearly $20,000 donation raised through Karma Classes! Each month, Karma Classes raises funds to support a charitable organization and we are so grateful to be a recent recipient. With your contribution, we will continue to cook, package, and deliver 17,000 medically tailored meals every weekday. Your kindness and compassion make a significant difference to our clients who are too sick to cook or shop for themselves. Together, we are making a positive and lasting impact in our communities. We’re commemorating a remarkable milestone this week, as our Chief Business Development Officer Dorella W. celebrates 27 years at God’s Love We Deliver! 🎉🙌 Dorella is focused on supporting the organization’s delivery of more than 4.3 million medically tailored meals every year to our clients, their caregivers, and children. Under her leadership, the organization has seen significant growth in our business line by establishing and maintaining healthcare contracts with managed care organizations, hospital systems, accountable care organizations and other community-based agencies. Prior to this role, Dorella served as the Senior Director for Program Services, where she was responsible for planning and designing the department’s response to agency goals around mission expansion, client growth and client retention. Thank you for 27 years of dedicated service, Dorella! ❤️
