GLOBAL BMU is proud to be this year's recipient of the NEW YORK LANDMARKS CONSERVANCY'S Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award! When New York Life's 51 Madison Avenue's Iconic Gold Leaf Spire needed a special access system to facilitate repair and maintenance of this Landmark feature they called upon Global BMU's design engineer Martin Wunder. Martin envisioned and designed what we affectionately call our Roof Rover system which has provided safe low impact access for the last 5 years, and will continue for the foreseeable future.
