Glass Lake is run by two experienced CEOs who have “been in the arena” and acquired and grown recurring revenue businesses. Our primary focus is healthcare services, B2B services, and software businesses. Having previously acquired and successfully run Richmond Alarm Company and RRS Medical, we have deep operational and investment backgrounds specifically focused on family and founder-owned businesses.
