At Gitwit we’ve rolled a consultancy, software development shop, and creative agency into one full-service innovation machine that takes you from problem to market-tested solution to first customers. The Insights & Consulting team is the driving force behind our problem-obsessed agency because insights are the currency of innovation. Research and strategy shine through in the solutions our Product team designs and the campaigns our Marketing team creates to put them in the hands of users. Vice versa, once solutions are out in the world, we have the right mechanisms in place to continually learn, iterate, and improve. #marketing #product #consulting

With the explosion of AI over the past 2 years, our shop has been building LLM-powered products and startups faster than ever. From a tool that helps home health nurses complete documentation in less than 15 minutes to a conversational AI digital intercept tool that’s already gathering feedback for clients’ buyer experiences. Watch this video to see how we’re identifying and approaching AI opportunities and learn about a few AI tools we’ve built so far.

Last July, Coach Barry Switzer and his team came to us with a vision: create a platform that gave OU football fanatics unprecedented access to behind-the-scenes game day content, featuring legendary players and coaches of the program. The challenge? We had 2 months to get it up and running for the start of football season.

If you and your team are looking for ways to use AI, start here: Think about the smallest change to your or your employees' daily workflows that would make the greatest impact on productivity and overall job satisfaction. Chances are AI could transform this small pain point into massive impact. Thinking big in the smallest of details has always been our charge for nitwits and our clients. It’s guided many of our breakthroughs, but in the context of AI, it’s crucial to creating LLM-powered products that people trust and want to use. When we pressure ourselves to think about a farther-out future devoid of real-world contexts, this disconnects us from the narrow details of work flows and customer experiences. AI the technology gets all the buzz, but it is at the level of the human in their daily flow that is the secret to unlocking real value.

Over the past year, we’ve launched 3 AI-enabled ventures with a handful more in development. Here’s how we’re thinking about AI: https://lnkd.in/e5wY4eDe
We’ve spent much of this year at Gitwit in the weeds of AI — giving presentations, creating AI-focused content, and most importantly building new products and exploring new GTM approaches. While we’ve been running hard and fast at AI opportunities, we also wanted to ask ourselves critically why and how Gitwit wins in the new AI-enabled future. In a way that has defined much of how we solve problems, we wanted to step back and draft some thoughts on the opportunity and where we fit. It was a thought exercise designed to frame the moment not through the lens of a cheap strategy framework, but through an essay that explored the AI topic. It is not meant to be a mission, vision, or a strategy, but rather a catalyst for us to think about the future from a blank page. We did this originally as an internal exercise for our team only, but after the fact I think it’s worth sharing. Read our ‘AI Manifesto’ — at the very least I hope it gives you a new frame for how to think of the excitement and inevitable change that lies ahead. https://lnkd.in/g7u5UsgS
