So how do I do my best to make sure clients are satisfied with the places they stay? 1️⃣ I get to know what your travel preferences are, what you like, what’s your top priorities, etc. 2️⃣ I take note of the resorts you’ve loved in the past and the resorts you haven’t loved so much — this gives me a great place to start. 3️⃣ I stay up-to-date on the new resort and hotel openings across the Caribbean and I’m constantly taking notes when properties open that are a great fit for specific clients. When clients give that final seal of approval on their itinerary, it’s the best feeling. Here’s one I just finalized that’s just, chef’s kiss. My clients are heading to Playa del Carmen, Mexico for a 25th birthday celebration. On their wishlist: beachfront relaxation, vibrant nightlife, and cultural experiences, so I matched them to The Royal Playa del Carmen. On the shortlist was The Paradisus Playa del Carmen and The Thompson Playa del Carmen, but The Royal Playa del Carmen came out on top. What else is on the agenda?
