Taking the top floor at 2100 South Tryon Street with proximity to the Light Rail, restaurants, and high-energy streetscape was a key factor to reinforce McAdams’ culture and motto of creating experiences through experience. The design team approached the new headquarters interior by hosting a series of question-and-answer sessions focused on learning McAdams’ process and culture before diving into design. Synthesizing what we heard and sharing back with McAdams created a solid foundation for the design on the space. The design was crafted over a series of workshops with key decision makers to arrive at an optimal solution to support success. ©Gensler, 📸 Grant Gay | 📍 Charlotte, NC #ProfessionalServices #GenslerDesign #BrandDesign
