Picture this: you are sifting through potential candidates for a role but can't remember if you've reached out or interviewed them before. Or if they've applied to multiple roles or attended a recruiting event. But you need to know these things so you don't waste your time or look bad. Gem’s CRM pairs with AI Sourcing and AI Ranking Application Review to help you filter candidates with total historical context in mind. #BetterTogether

There's nothing new or exciting at the HR Tech Conference this year. ^^^^ That's the conversation I've had more than once over the last 10 years I've been attending this event. And each time I have it, I wonder where the person was looking while the event was taking place. Maybe they never made it past the casino, because that's not my take at all. Is there hype? Oh my goodness you better believe it. Are there people grabbing more shiny things from booths than a herd of caffeinated squirrels? 100%. But as far as the tech goes, I don't believe that it's all just "the same repackaged garbage," as someone put it to me last year. Our team at Lighthouse Research & Advisory touches base with hundreds of vendors across learning, talent, and HR every year. We meet amazing companies making it easier to hire, pay, support, and manage the workforce. We also talk with thousands of buyers through our research and events, and we hear from them the critical role that technology providers play in their team/department/function performance within the business. This year, in order to preempt that conversation, we personally met with more than a dozen different companies in preparation for HR Tech. Some are clients, and some aren't. None of them paid to be included in this post. All of them have something interesting to offer the market. Budget cuts, reduced headcounts, increasing demands - the list of potential recruiting pain points goes on. What if that didn't have to be that way?... Our free webinar this Thursday, September 26th, moderated by Marc Hamel, will explore strategies to help recruiters manage their workloads more effectively. We shouldn't need to say much more to "sell" this free webinar to you, so we'll keep it simple and leave the sign-up link here: https://lnkd.in/e64iF6yp
